Beginning in 2015, I worked my way up from intern, to design & e-commerce assistant, learning the ins & outs of local production and small business. I'm currently employed as technical designer and production manager, working on a two season calendar with 20-30 styles per season. 

In the last year and a half, I've supervised Ryerson interns, sales associates, trained new employees  and managed a design assistant. I work directly with vendors to produce & source raw materials, build & maintain close relationships with our local factories while keeping all tools, tech sketches, BOMs and files organized and up to date.
