Becoming lululemon's very first menswear intern in 2012 while attending my 3rd year of university, I was able to assist a small pod of 8 designers ranging from accessories, to trims, to fabric development. I had the privilege of sitting in meetings with executive directors & to learn from design leaders in the athletic industry. I was hired 4 months into my internship as Assistant Designer and by the time I left that role a year later, my job had become 4 people and the company had onboarded 100's of new colleagues. It was a great jump start into global manufacturing & working with overseas vendors.
